At Ignite Strength and Conditioning, it is our mission to empower our athletes and clients to unlock their potential. It is our job as service providers to put our client's goals and aspirations at the forefront of everything we do. Our goal is to see our clients perform at the best of their abilities while developing the skills necessary to excel in life.
Coach Kyle Kobernus is an experienced and certified coach that is passionate about helping athletes and clients achieve their fitness and athletic goals. Kyle is knowledgeable, supportive, and committed to providing personalized attention to each and every client.
Our focus is to develop the best training program in San Diego County for both athletes and active adults. We want to compete with any gym in the area to provide a better program, better service, better experience.
We offer personal training as well as small group training for both active adults and athletes high school aged and older.

With our One on One Personal Training, all personal training clients will receive a consultation to discuss health history and a full-body movement screen to best
assess their needs. Your coach has the experience working with a wide range of clientele ranging from fat loss to injury rehabilitation to sports performance. No
matter the goal, your coach will build a program that is tailored to fit the client's needs while also providing coaching and support to help attain those goals.
(Each session is one hour long)
Every training session provides you a well-rounded workout focusing on everything from mobility, power, strength and cardio/conditioning.
Every workout is led from start to finish by your friendly and professional coach who will make your training experience fun, effective and personalized to fit
your needs.

The Athlete Sports Performance Group is made up of athletes that work hard, have fun and constantly have the mindset of achieving their goals. The Athlete Performance Small Group is made up of high school and college athletes. Our unique program includes instruction in movement training, injury reduction and rehabilitation, linear and lateral speed techniques, foot speed and agility, explosive power development, proper functional strength
training and energy system conditioning.
What we focus on with Ignite Athletes:
-SPEED - Acceleration, Deceleration, Linear and Lateral Movement Techniques, Running Mechanics, Footwork.
-EXPLOSIVE POWER -Resistant Jumps, Plyometrics, Med Ball Training, Jumping & Landing Techniques.
-STRENGTH - Functional Approach, Thorough Instruction, Focus on Upper Body, Lower Body & Core.
-CONDITIONING - Game Ready Preparation for all Athletes.
-FLEXIBILITY - Myofascial Release (Foam Rolling), Various Forms of Stretching, Muscle Activation.
-INJURY REDUCTION - Identify & Correct Muscular Imbalances, Balance & Stabilization.
